Ich bin so ausgerastet. Habe nur noch geheult. Ich war so sauer. Im Grunde nur auf mich, weil es so extrem lächerlich war. Ich habe mich gekniffen. musste meinen Arm wieder 2 Tage verstecken. Wollte mich schneiden. Es ging wirklich nichts mehr.
Ich war froh dass er bei mir war. Allerdings hätte ich diesen Stress in mir gar nicht erst aufgebaut. Nach 2 Stunden hatte ich mich dann wieder beruhigt, musste noch warten bis meine Augen abgeschwollen waren und dann sind Bobby (Rob) und ich zu Freunden gefahren. Ich glaube das war gut, sonst wäre ich immer wieder mit meinen Gedanken zurückgekehrt..
Der Rest vom Wochenende war dann noch ganz ruhig und entspannt. Hab mir heute einen Tag mit meinen Eltern gemacht. Mit meiner Mutter verstehe ich mich wirklich (gruselig) gut. Es macht mir ernsthaft etwas Angst.
